Politique d’expédition

We process orders within 1-2 working days after receiving your payment. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking link.

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Belgium: shipping costs €2.95 - free shipping from €50
  • Netherlands, France, Germany, Luxembourg: €4.95 - free from €75
  • Other EU countries: €7.95 - free from €100
All parcels are shipped with a reliable carrier such as Bpost, PostNL or DHL, depending on your location.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will usually have your parcel:

  • 2 to 4 working days in Belgium
  • 3 to 4 working days in neighbouring countries
  • 3 to 7 working days in the rest of the EU
Please note that during busy periods (such as public holidays or sales), delivery may take slightly longer.
